PARIS, FRANCE-- Heads of state and climate negotiators meet for the Climate Vulnerable Forum on the first day of COP21.

On Monday, November 30, 2015, the 21st Conference of Parties (COP21) began in Paris. The COP21 is a United National climate change conference and this year it is taking place at Le Bourget center in Paris, France.
