Biosand Filters and Brick tanks: A water solution in Gomba, Uganda

Nakandi Jouanis and Namata Zanina work together to make the soap for use in schools and in their own households using locally available materials like avocados, cooking oil and herbs that act as bacterial wash and mosquito repellent. The grant from Global Greengrants Fund has enabled for training to be held for the women who are now able to acquire diverse livelihood skills.
