Biosand Filters and Brick tanks: A water solution in Gomba, Uganda

Uwineza Sylvia, Kawooya Mary and Nanyonjo Jumadina happily going through a training on soap making and construction of Biosand filters. The soap has been used by the schools to improve hygiene through hand washing which saves the women money that is no longer being used to pay hospital bills. Instead they use this to buy healthy food for their families.
